Annual & Wellness Physicals

We perform most physicals for children 12 and up, school/ sport related, work, and other annual physicals. Many schools will require a physical before your child is allowed to participate in school- or sports-related activities. Employers may require a wellness physical for insurance purposes. Medicare requires an annual physical based on chronic illnesses. To ensure timely processing of the required paperwork, it is recommended that you book your or your child’s appointment six to eight weeks in advance. We understand life gets busy or overwhelmed and we will try to accommodate you if the schedule permits. Work physicals may be requested by some employers and may require further testing, so please allow adequate time for testing to occur and forms to be filled out.
